Terms of Service

By creating an account, sending a paper plane, or using Stickerbook Sky (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Stickerbook Sky if you reside in the United States, or 16 years old if you reside in the European Union or United Kingdom. By registering, you attest that you meet the minimum age requirements of your respective jurisdiction. Accounts found to be belonging to users under the minimum age will be immediately terminated.

Stickerbook Sky allows you to create and share content through paper planes. You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content strictly for the purpose of operating the Service.

You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.

Stickerbook Sky is meant to be a cozy and safe space. You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Harassing, threatening, or inciting violence against others.
• Posting unlawful, harmful, or sexually explicit material.
• Spamming or deploying unauthorized automated systems (bots).
• Impersonating another person or entity.

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these rules at our sole discretion.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyright has been infringed by content residing on our Service, please review our DMCA Policy for instructions on submitting a takedown notice.

Stickerbook Sky offers optional paid plans under the Stardust+ program, including monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, and one-time purchases.

• Monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until canceled by the subscriber.
• One-time purchases grant indefinite access to Stardust+ features for as long as the Service remains operational. They do not recur and no further charges are made.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• Refunds are handled through our payment processor (Stripe). For refund inquiries, contact support@stickerbooksky.com.

Stickerbook Sky is provided on an ongoing basis, but may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of its operator. While we intend to keep the Service running for as long as possible, we cannot guarantee indefinite availability regardless of your plan or purchase type.

• All subscriptions and purchases are subject to the continued operation of the Service.
• Subscriptions may be terminated by you at any time, or by Stickerbook Sky in accordance with these Terms.
• A one-time purchase does not constitute a guarantee that the Service will be available indefinitely.

If the Service is to be discontinued, Stickerbook Sky will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to its users as a courtesy to those who have invested in the app.

• Notice will be delivered via in-app notification and/or email to registered users.
• We will aim to provide a minimum of one (1) year’s notice when feasible, though circumstances may not always allow for this.
• During any wind-down period, we will provide guidance on exporting your data where applicable.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim any warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stickerbook Sky and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

We may update these terms at any time. We will provide updates on this page and notify registered users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
