Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice
Stickerbook Sky respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Stickerbook Sky service that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by delivering a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement containing the following information:
- Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list.
- Identify the material that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and provide information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL or specific description).
- Provide your contact information, such as an email address and telephone number.
- Include the following statement: “I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
- Include the following statement: “The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
- Provide your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may send a Counter-Notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local Federal District Court.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, Stickerbook Sky has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
