How do I create an account?
You can use Stickerbook Sky without an account — anonymous sessions work right away with no sign-up. If you want to save your inbox and receive replies, tap the profile icon and create a free account with just an email and password.
How do I send a paper plane?
Tap the compose button (the pencil icon at the bottom of the screen). Write your message, optionally attach a sticker, then tap “Launch.” Your plane drifts into the galaxy for a stranger to find.
How do I catch and reply to a plane?
Visit the Galaxy and tap on a drifting plane to read it. If you’d like to respond, tap “Reply” — your response lands in the original sender’s Inbox.
What are stickers and how do I get them?
Stickers are collectible illustrations you can attach to your paper planes. Earn points by using the app and spend them in the Shop, or purchase Sticker Packs and Stardust Bags for a chance at rare and legendary stickers.
What is Stardust+?
Stardust+ is our optional premium membership. It unlocks unlimited inbox history, exclusive themes, the full constellations atlas, and every future perk we add.
How do I restore my purchases? (iOS)
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. This re-syncs any previous purchases with your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone/iPad: Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Stickerbook Sky → Cancel.
On the web: Go to your account settings and select “Manage subscription.”
I lost access to my account.
Email us at support@stickerbooksky.com with the email address you signed up with and we’ll help you recover it.
Reporting Inappropriate Content
Stickerbook Sky has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. All user-generated content is filtered through automated moderation before it appears in the app. If something slips through, here’s how to take action:
- Report content: Tap the flag flag icon on any paper plane or response to report it. Choose a reason and our team will review it within 24 hours.
- Block a user: Tap the block block icon on any content to block that user. You will no longer see their planes or responses.
- Delete your own content: Go to your Inbox and tap Delete on any of your planes or responses to immediately remove them.
For urgent safety concerns, email us directly at support@stickerbooksky.com. We act on all reports within 24 hours, removing offending content and ejecting users who violate our terms.
